New Aviation Newsletter by P-38 Owner

Allied Fighters, in Chino, CA, has a newsletter online now that you’re going to enjoy. This is the outfit, as you know, which owns one of the few surviving and very active P-38s. One of their pilots, Jeffrey Harris, is a good friend to the P‑38 National Association and can often be found at the helm of their 38. Check it out here.

Also be sure to bookmark their website, because they have all the latest info on when their P‑38 will be where!

  1. HELLO
I AM TRYING TO CONTACT ANYONE WHO MIGHT HAVE WORKED AT THE LOCKEED BURBANK CALIF
PLANT DURING 43-44. MY DAD WORKED ON THE P-38 DURING THAT TIME. I HAVE HIS PRECISION TOOLS THAT HE USED. JUST NEED INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THESE PRECISION TOOLS.

  2. Hello, Alan:

Not sure if we can help you on this, but I’m passing it along to some of our members, many of who worked at the Burbank plant. If any of them know this info, I’ll include your email address so they can respond. I will also approve this comment so anyone reading the blog who might be of help can contact you.

    Blue skies,

    Kelly
