P-38 Lightning Blog

Hi all,

When we started this blog, way back when, we wanted it as a way to keep everyone updated on the latest P-38 lightning news that could not wait until the next issue of our “P-38 Lightning” newsletter came out.  Since then, however, we have launched our Facebook page, which includes everything we were doing with this blog…and more.  So, this blog will no longer be updated, and instead you can check our Facebook page to keep in touch!

New Capital Air Show Book

For those of you who couldn’t make the California Capital Air Show in September, there is a book online that covers the whole event, including several pages of the four P‑38s that were featured at the show.  Worth a look.

The P‑38s are near the end.  Just click on the orange tab to begin the slideshow, or if you just want to view the P‑38s, click on the “View Page Thumbnails” icon at the bottom of the slideshow.  It looks like this:
